India has world's largest number of blind people, home to 15 million out of the 37 million people across the globe. With recurrent research, it has been found that 80% of blindness is preventable or curable. Most people suffering from blindness and other eye diseases are not able to get proper treatment due to the lack of resources and/or good health services in the area of their residence. Serve Samman is trying to reach such areas and organize free eye camp where we create awareness about various eye related programs. The aim behind these camps is to provide medication, free glasses, eye awareness kits and other treatments on a large scale in the remote areas of India. People diagnosed with cataract are taken to ICARE hospital in Noida, where surgeries are done free of cost. In order to ensure complete treatment of the patient we offer free pick-up and drop service as well as free stay and meals during the surgery.

 

 

How Can You Help?


Please help many of the men, women and children who are living in the world of darkness to restore their lives, opportunities, dreams and hope.  You may donate any amount you wish.  There are several options available from sponsoring an entire Eye Camp to donating a small amount which would be put towards creating an Eye Camp.
